Western blot analysis of ARG1 in different lysates (20 µg/Lane). Exposure time: 30 seconds; 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated in ARG1 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-45034) using a dilution of 1:2,000 in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:300,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Lane 1: Mouse liver tissue lysate; Lane 2: Human liver tissue lysate. Predicted band size: 35 kDa. Observed band size: 36 kDa.
